It will help you build confidence in core teaching skills and it provides an ideal foundation for progression into teaching. It aims to equip a wide range of trainers, facilitators and teachers to support learners, and is particularly suitable for people who want an introduction to training or teaching.

- Unit 1- Key principles of delivering learning
- Unit 2- Learning programme
- Unit 3- Planning and preparing sessions, and delivery of a micro-teaching session
- Unit 4-Learning journal and summative profile
- Unit 5- Case study
Course Entry Requirements:
The nature of both the learning and assessment required for the qualification is such that candidates will need reasonable literacy skills, i.e. the ability to read and interpret written tasks, and to write answers in a legible and understanding form.
Duration:
It is envisaged that learners will require 15 guided learning hours in order to complete each section (two section), a total of 30 guided learning hours.
